How to join this event?

1. Contact with MYO DOC MASSAGE (UNLEY) to registered for a slot
2. Visit www.myodocmassage.com.au
3. Go to Event
4. Click Enjoy Massage for A Cancer Free Future (you will be redirect to cancer council page under Enjoy Massage For A Cancer Free Future by Hsiao-Ping Wang)
5. Click Donate
6. Insert your personal details and amount that you wish to donate (minimum $15 to received 15mins sitting massage)
7. Leave a Message to Hsiao-Ping Wang with your name and contact number (This has to be the same name and number which you have registered)
8. If donation is successful, you will see a success message on screen
9. Please arrive at Physio Friend 5 mins before your reserved time to complete a history form.

Please be aware this sitting massage cannot be accumulated or combined with any other services. Limit to one 15mins slot a person per day.
